Hi Ted, I've enjoyed reading your articles, and I can see your point here, but I'm not sure I agree for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, a lot of the best people will want to be remote because they realise how much more productive they can be, and companies won't want to lose these people. I also think that less capable people will actually want to be in the office more to try to justify their existence.

Secondly, because I believe remote working is more productive, companies will find they are getting more out of the people working remotely, and therefore they will be less likely to fire them.
